A deep talent network

5,000+

Our talent network includes more than 5,000 Ph.D.-level professionals.

220,000

We’ve placed an amazing 220,000 scientific professionals.

10,000+

Each year, we connect more than 10,000 life sciences professionals—of all experience levels—with cutting-edge opportunities.

Our solutions let clients focus on their core business.

Recently, we helped an East coast-based biopharmaceutical company—one of the world’s largest pharma companies and a member of the Fortune 500—with a team of senior technical writers and deviation investigators for their CAR-T manufacturing team. This client had unsuccessfully attempted to fill these high-demand roles for several months through numerous channels.

Kelly proposed a Functional Services Provider solution, which included sourcing and administrative oversight of talent. Within a few weeks, the program was implemented, and talent was ready to go! The company’s line managers were thrilled to get the Kelly team in place—the extra support freed them to concentrate on their jobs, rather than interviewing and managing contractors. As a result, productivity—and job satisfaction—increased dramatically.
