The Kelly team worked closely with the client to understand their talent needs and to create a solution that supported their goals. Kelly sourced medical writers in the U.S., U.K., and Germany. They also transitioned the client’s previous writers into the FSP program to ensure legal compliance. The team provided training and resourcing systems and developed KPIs to measure the program’s success.

30% cost savings from a consolidated FSP.
Bottom line, the client has saved more than 30% cost compared to their previous talent sourcing model. Volume savings generate an extra 2% in cost reduction. Since 85% of the medical writers work from home, Kelly also developed a policy for home working that aligns with the client’s practices. Kelly continues to adjust and improve how the FSP can better support the organization’s evolving goals and exceed the client’s expectations.
